Cat or dog for vet? If cat, then I recommend Collin County Cat Hospital at the corner of Bethany and Jupiter. Can't help you if it's for a dog ... sorry.
I've been taking my cars to Christian Bros. on Hwy5 (Greenville Ave.) in Plano. That particular shop is run by honest guys that stand behind their work. There are other fine places to go within the Allen city limits, too. You'll find most of them listed in the business section of this site.
Terrells for dry cleaners.
No suggestions on the others ... hopefully more neighbors will chime in.
