Mayor Terrell is running unopposed...Ross Obermayer has a challenger...does anyone know anything about the challenger, Faiz Zuberi?

I googled him and found a few things about him. He came from California and had run for city council while in Anaheim. That was 6 years ago. His platform was a little weak:
Better, safer cleaner neighborhoods
better business environment
Improve senior center and servises [sic] for seniors
this list was copied directly from his voter information.

This is interesting in a Star-Telegram article it states that Zuberi is a former Anaheim Council Member, yet in my research it shows Zuberi was never on the Anaheim City Council and when he did run he only received 1% of the votes.

I also read that he owns a Jack in the Box franchise and while in California was a realtor. Haven't found verification on the Jack in the Box yet.

Hopefully the Star Telegram and Allen American will print a retraction tomorrow.
Statistics show he came in 10th out of 10 running.

I have also seen where it is stated that he was on the Westminster School District Board of Trustees (Westminster, CA), and found that not to be true. I wonder what franchise of Jack in the Box he owns?
