One of the kids is studying for a science test at school and there are errors on just about every page of the study guide. I would talk to the district but in fourth and fifth grade they gaffed it off with, " it's just (fill in the blank) grade science so it is not really important that it's exactly right. At some point you learn enough incorrect information that it is hard to learn the correct information. Then at some point you take all that incorrect information and build a stadium no one can use.

All text books used by the school districts in Texas have to be approved by the Texas Board of Education. Here's a link: http://www.tea.state.tx.us/

It is a locally prepared study guide and not a textbook.
