Is there a code for high grass behind fences in alleys? Neighbor never mows back there nor most of the his yard. The rest of the neighbors mow their alley areas...

Go to www.cityofallen.org
click on "Departments and Services"
under "Services" will be a "Code Enforcement"
Then click on "Report a code violation form"
Fill in the address and mark the code violation
I think is "high grass and weeds" and type in a description in the box of the violation.
You do not have to put your name or email unless you want a reply after the inspector has gone out and looked.
