You can get this real 1979 for $900 from me. It really is one of the most beautiful pre-1980s models that Ibanez made.
Ebony fretboard with deluxe mother of pearl and abalone inlays.
The neck to heel joint is so smooth it feels like a really finely crafted neck thru.
Nice ornate inlay on the headstock. Ridiculously low action...lower than just about anything I've played.
This instrument is a lot like a Double Cutaway Les Paul but it seems clear Ibanez was making a unique guitar that doesn't try to ape Gibson.
