We live in that neighborhood and This looks like the little dog that visited my Hubby in the garage on friday. He came up to him and put his paws in his lap then, went on about his business. Hubby thought he was just out to doing his potty business or something. If it is the same one, he didn't have a collar but was very friendly. Cute little guy.
