Did any of you program the 24 Hour Water/Sewer Emergency: 214.509.4530 into your phones so you could call and report these violations when you saw them? They are fairly quick to respond to things like this or should be able to tell you if well water is being used.

I think it is okay to discuss here what violations you see, but at least let us know if they were reported. If we don't report these when we see them, how is the city to know of these situations? I have called the city a few times when I have seen watering violations and they did contact the management of the shopping center and the issue was fixed.
