That's the million dollar question. Some say yes, some say they purchased the land as an investment property.
As a native of San Antonio...I'm hoping it's true. One of the things I miss most from SA is HEB.

Either way, they still own the land (as far as we know), I'm very surprised the city has not got on them about maintaining it
