Sorry I was thinking of the Chedders, but I know someone that works at the Best Buy and he said that the Cracker Barrel is going between Olive Garden and Uncle Julio's. It will be Olive Garden, Cracker Barrel ,Red Robin, & Uncle Julio's.

Just confirmed from one of my inside sources that we are supposed to get a Cracker Barrel (near 75) AND a Whataburger (they weren't sure where, but thought near Stacy & Greenville). I guess nothing's final 'till construction starts, but they said both are committed to locations here.

Boy, that sure seems crazy putting them right on top of one another. Can you imagine the crazy traffic jams?

There definately is a Cracker Barrel coming to Allen. I don't know when or where, but soon.
Define "soon".

I don't know what that is going in next to Uncle Julio's but it sure isn't a Cracker Barrel. Is that the Red Robin?

Red Robin is not coming. BJ's Restaurant/Brewhouse is though. (According to Village website)

Well, the original post was from 9 months ago, so don't count on it.

Yeah! More overpriced generic tasting food!
Like most places, should be packed Fri-Sat and dead every other night of the week. Seems to be the trend now.

it really is a shame about BJ's because I grew up in Southern California and they were really good food, but when they started expanding nationwide their food quality went down hill really quick and some of the small things that made them great and special (like lemonade with sugar crystals on the rim and mint in the glass) went away.

Well, Cracker Barrel isn't my thing, but I know there are a lot of people that will enjoy it. Let 'em build it.

Which means CB is coming to Allen? If so, I am beyond ecstatic...

I've never been to a CB. My husband will be happy. So the corner of Exchange and 75. Is that going to be the corner in front of Walmart?

"The property is located at the northwest corner of Exchange Parkway and U.S. Highway 75 and further described as Lot 3 and 4, Block A"
I can't find a plot map though to know exactly where that is
