I took my husband's bracelet to have some links removed and a watch to get looked at. While the items were being serviced, the gentleman ( regretfully, I have forgotten his name) answered some questions I had about diamond and platinum studs. He was so professional and kind. Not only did he clean my personal pair of ear studs, he didn't charge me for removing the links to my husband's bracelet. I already have plans to return to bring some other items serviced. Friendly, professional and prompt service. I love that I didn't feel pressured or "attention bombed" like at a car dealership. Would highly recommend.

I have used this jeweler several times for repairs. They have done an excellent job at an extrememly low price. Sometimes not charging at all. I took a look at some of their prices on merchandise & they seem very in line for good quality. They are my jewelry store.

Broke my favorite chain, and on a whim I decided to stop at Allen Village Jewelers to see what they could do. They were so welcoming and quickly announced that he could fix it right there and then, if I had a couple of minutes to wait. He said it would take 15 minutes..Ten minutes later it was repaired and back around my neck. Very nice people. I highly recommend them!
