We cater to people ranging from the most sedentary to the most experienced athlete. From children 3 years old to Seniors. Our workouts are basic and can be scaled to any level. Our focus is fitness, not sales, so you won't find any pushy sales people here.

At CrossFit FX TX we provide an extreme functional training environment that will allow you to become the best you can and ever will become! We don't have machines, mirrors, treadmills, ellipticals, etc. We are entirely functional; the way our ancestors did it. We have ropes, rings, tires, pull-up bars, concept 2 rowers, med balls, rope ladders and kettle bells.
