We are having unexpected houseguests and we hadn't used our home theater system in months. When we turned it on, there were multiple issues. Matrix to the rescue. I was able to get amazing same day service. Repairs in the attic, reset the projector, dvd player swap-out, reset satelitte receiver and a bunch of little tweeks. Now we are better than 100%. It was a quick and extremely affordable visit. We will definitely continue to use them.
