Good-looking repairs + great service = 5 stars! After completing an estimate for damage caused by an accident, Ken set expectations and kept me advised of the progress. There were a few minor issues with outside vendors (wheels), but Ken didn't try to sweep it under the rug and explained what he was doing to make things right. Since the car was there, I asked Ken if he could help erase a few bad memories by fixing some dents that were not related to the accident. Ken's price for the extra work was fair and about what I expected. In the end, all of the repairs looked great and the bad memories were erased. Recommend.
