Should we get a roofer or a handy man? Any
good suggestions out there?

Either can help if it needs to be replaced or re-attached. If it just needs cleaning and or painted, guys like me have done that kinda stuff.

It is lifted up and needs repaired. Anyone know
a roofer who would do this small job?? Looked on
the advertising page and no one is listed on this website that I could find. Thanks!

This definitely sounds like a job for a handyman. MsAlyce knows a good one - one of the parents from her center does handyman work.
If you call a roofer, most of them will tell you the job isn't big enough for them to come out to fix it. We needed the ridge cap shingles replaced on our roof and it wasn't a "big enough" job for the roofer who put new shingles on our roof a few years earlier.

My dad is coming to town Friday. He is 76 but still climbs on the roof of his 2 story townhouse. He is known by the family as our Mr. Fix It. Runs circles around those half his age and younger. I will send him your way as he gets bored very easily.
