This is the second time YaHoo has done this to me. I forwarded on an email to several people and they all came back as "failed attempt". I guess the internet didn't like the email or something. Now, they have blocked me from sending any emails to these people. How do I fix that? Last time I finally canceled my account and made a new one but that is a hassle when you have to give out a new address to all those people in your address book. I can't find any customer service number to contact anyone. Can someone direct me please?

How many people are you addressing? Yahoo does what it can to help prevent spam. If you have a long list of addressees, that might have something to do with it.

It was just 4 personal friends. The first time this happened, I sent an email to a few people and my inbox became inundated with complaints from eBay users. I have never bought or sold anything on ebay and I don't have an account. I just ran a virus scan and had no viruses. So I don't know what to think.

Shuttle came home today....might have knocked some cyber messages off their tracks? Hey who knows? I get bounced back messages, and spam every day.

It sounds to me like you have a virus that your virus scanner didn't detect. I'd guess that something has hijacked your account and is sending out spam. Maybe you need to try a different or more updated virus scan.

Hmmmm ... when was the last time you updated your virus software? This should be done regularly since there are many new viruses almost every day.

My son updates the virus scanner. I'll have him look into it. Thank you both for your help.
