Scott is the best. He explains everything in a way that you can understand. He was there when he told me he would be. He did what he needed to do and was on his way. The best experience I have ever had with a plumber.

Recently had Scott out to repair a leak in shower. After explaining to him what I could see and the leak in general he diagnosed it on the phone. When he arrived, the diagnosis was correct and he was able to fix the problem is about 30 minutes. Thumbs up. Even took the time to adjust the piping to prevent further leaks. Excellent customer service from a local company.

Wow - couldn't be more impressed! Called Amstel to inquire about a new water heater and received immediate attention. Scott returned our phone call promptly and had us a new water heater by the next afternoon. He said he would be at our house in 45 minutes he was there in 30. Much admiration to anyone that can work in this summer heat! Super service and will always contact Scott first for our plumbing needs!

He's a Collin County businessman who values your business and will do right by you. He was out within 24 hours to replace my kitchen sink faucet after giving me an estimate on the phone and I feel he didn't charge me for extra time or parts he might have used that would have increased his intital estimate. Keep your dollars in Collin County and get excellent customer service!!
