I have been in the field of private practice for over five years and over 10 years as a school counselor. As a military dependent, I understand our diverse society, and the stressors and positive influences that are around us. I believe in empowering my clients using an eclectic approach by drawing upon various aspects of cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic methods to create your own custom-made approach. This allows me to work with clients to create a treatment plan that encompasses different techniques to best address your particular problems. My primary focus areas are: Child or Adolescent Issues; ADHD, Depression, Relationship Issues, Divorce, Domestic Abuse and Violence, Career Counseling. I work with Adolescents, Adults and Children.
