I have been in the field of private practice for over five years and over 10 years as a school counselor. As a military dependent, I understand our diverse society, and the stressors and positive influences that are around us.

I believe in empowering my clients using an eclectic approach by drawing upon various aspects of cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic methods to create your own custom-made approach.
