this is a long overdue review. I usually go to allen on line for reviews before i go to any restaurant or businesses. Rodi has an excellent customer service. He knows what he is doing and will even help or suggest what is good for my moneys worth. I am not a techy person so he even gave me tips and pointers about computers. Thanks Rodi

Rodi and his team provide excellent customer service - a real lost art today! I've sent many friends to Rodi for their computer purchases and repairs. Better financial deals than box stores too!

Cleaning out the inside of my desktop PC on Saturday, I accidentally unlatched the processor and its heat sink. I tried reinserting it myself but all that achieved was bending many of the pins.
I took it to Rodi in the morning, they had a quick look and said the pins were badly bent (they were right!) but they would see if they could reinstall it. If not , it would mean a new processor.
I left it with them and a few hours later they called saying they had fixed it, and at a very reasonable price. I was extremely pleased with the service and the price. I won't hesitate to use them again.
