Fair pricing, work was completed in one day (multiple odd jobs)

My husband runs a heating & air conditioning company, and often he brings junk A/C and Heating parts home and stores them in our backyard. Our backyard looked like a junkyard and I was fed up with it. So, we decided to build two (2) fence walls with two (2) gates between our house and the neighbor's house so my husband could store his junk there on temporary bases. We hired New Era and they built us two (2) beautiful fence walls with large gates. They did such a great job that my neighbor complemented them for the great job they did. Their price was a bit more than we expected, but since we wanted a good contractor with very good reviews, we hired them anyways. We give them 4 stars.

He is very prompt , neat ,knowlegeable, and honest. We always call him for any repair or remodeling we have .

We wanted to remodel our house and get it ready for sale. We contacted 3 remodeling companies and finally selected New Era Remodeling. They were very courteous and answered our questions in details. We asked them to give us several estimates separately because we had a limited budget for this project. Once we had all the estimates, we decided to eliminate some of the tasks we wanted them to do because our budget wouldn't cover all of them. So, we decided to do the simpler tasks ourselves. We finally hired New Era to remove the popcorn ceiling texture from all ceiling, re-texture them and paint them. We also asked them to install 16 recessed lights on the ceilings and do other electrical work as well. We also asked them to remodel all 3 bathrooms which included replacing the ceramic tiles and installing new tub and shower water fixtures. At the end, we also asked them to paint all the walls and replace the carpets as well. They fixed our leaking roof as well and worked with our insurance company to remedy this problem. They were very friendly and worked very well with our schedule. They worked at one section of the house at a time and made sure the house was livable during the entire project. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and were in communication with us to make sure that we were comfortable during the project. The entire project lasted for about 2 weeks. Their prices were just and fare. My sister wants to get some repairs done at her house and we already have recommended New Era to them. We will use this company again when we move to our new house.

New Era replaced some shingles on our roof a few months ago. They showed up on time and did a great job. Recently, we hired them again to do some outdoor repairs around our house and stain our fences as well. Again, they did great and beyond and above my expectations. Their prices were good too. Since they can do many different things, I will always call them first.

One word sums up our experience with David and the team - PROFESSIONAL. David kept us informed throughout the entire project. Each day his team was on time and returned our home as "it was" upon leaving each day. The painting and repairs turned out nice. We would recommend to our friends! The work performed included: painting (faux finish), shower and tub repair, and window leak repair. Fair prices and quality work.

My house got flooded last month when a water pipe burst open during freezing weather when we were on vacation. We had to move out of the house because it was no longer a livable place. We hired New Era Remodeling to repair the leaks, fix the electrical problems caused by the water damage, to replace most of the walls and all the flooring materials. They acted quickly and did a wonderful job. We are very pleased with all they did for us for reasonable fees.

Exterior Painting,
Good and reasonable contractors are hard to find. I know this because a few years ago I bought an old house and I’ve been remodeling since then. I hired this company to paint the exterior of my house, to replace the front and the back doors, and to replace some rusted gutters. They did quality work overall and their fees were reasonable. However, they did some exterior painting when it was about to rain. I’m a bit concerned that the paint may bubble or come off later since the humidity was high when the painted some of my eaves. We will see what happens. I may revise this review later. For now and overall, I’m happy with what they have done. I will hire them again for other upcoming remodeling jobs.

They replaced 7 vent hoods / vent boots on our roof and replaced the trim wood pieces around our chimney. They were nice to work with and did a good job.

We sold our house and were in a hurry to move into our new townhome; but we wanted it to be painted first. New Era Remodeling was referred to us by our real estate agent. They painted the interior of our new home in just 4 days. We were surprised by how fast they acted and got started. They did a superb job for a very reasonable price. Once we moved in, we also hired them again to install draperies, mirrors, and paintings on the walls. They are very friendly and pleasant to work with.

I wanted to replace my roof and consulted with 3 roofing companies. I wanted the shingles to be hand nailed not nailed or stapled by power nailers or power staplers. I also wanted double layer ridges, written guarantee and warranty, and freedom to observe and inspect the project while the work was in progress. Only New Era Remodeling & Repairs fulfilled all my needs. Their price was even lower than the other two companies. They did a great job and I’m giving them 5 stars for being very friendly & professional.

They replaced our roof and installed gutters all around. They are simply a fabulous roofing company. We are planning to hire them again soon for painting the exterior of our house and replace our fences.

I highly recommend this company. They did an amazing job with y flower beds and we will use them again.

They even helped us find a Realtor agent to put our house in the market for sale. What a wonderful company - we are totally pleased with all they did for us and have already recommended them to one of our relatives.

I hired this company to install gutters all around my house, replace the eav and the soffit areas all around my roof, replace the trim wood on both sides of my garage, and install a two- chime bell system for my house. Their prices were affordable and the quality of work they did was superb! I give these guys 5 stars!
