Mr. Jim's Pizza
We make our dough fresh daily right in our store. Never frozen, it rises naturally for at least 12 hours. The pizza is cooked long enough and at a low enough temperature so the entire crust develops its full cell structure which gives our pizza the crisp outer layer. Mr. Jim’s only uses 100% real mozzarella cheese. We have perfected our Sauce so that it’s always thick! We do not use any cereal fillers in our pepperoni, beef or Italian sausage so our Italian sausage is real Italian sausage, our pepperoni is made from 100% beef and pork and our chicken is 100% white breast meat! Also, there’s no scrimping on our toppings.
